1. The biggest surprise to me in this week's article was that some techniques in advertising emphasize the emotional benefits of a product. They choose to show how the product makes a person feel rather than the functional benefits of the product.
2. I don't think that there was any part of the class that was confusing. I pretty much got the gist of everything that was said
3. The first question I would ask is "What segmentation do you think is the most useful?"
The second question is "What age group runs the market today?".
4. There nothing that I disagree with in the article, I believe that the author did a good job discussing segmentation.
